TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be performed essentially include: the repair of water-bound path surfaces on already existing path structures; the creation of gravel turf areas at points where concrete slabs have previously been removed; the execution of natural stone paving works in partial areas; the planting and completion maintenance of trees and shrubs; the planting and completion maintenance of perennials; the application of topsoil at various locations on the site; and the creation of lawn areas from landscape and utility grass. The services are based on numerous individual, non-contiguous areas to be worked on throughout the entire former racecourse area, so that site set-up must be moved multiple times to different installation locations and close coordination with preceding trades is required. The area of approximately 38 hectares is designated as a landscape conservation area; the aim is to establish a Bürgerpark that will be intensively and diversely used in the future, taking into account and integrating the existing vegetation and structural features.
