TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be performed essentially include: repairing water-bound path surfacings on already existing path structures; creating gravel grass areas at locations where concrete slabs have previously been removed; carrying out natural stone paving work in partial areas; planting and completion-maintenance care of trees and shrubs; planting and completion-maintenance care of perennials; placing topsoil at different locations on the site; and establishing lawn areas from landscape and utility grass. The services are based on numerous individual areas to be worked on that are not contiguous across the entire former racecourse area, so that site set-up must be relocated multiple times to different installation locations and close coordination with preceding trades is required. The approximately 38-hectare area is designated as a landscape conservation area; the objective is to establish a citizen park that will be intensively and diversely used in the future, taking into account and integrating the existing vegetation and structures.
