TENDER DESCRIPTION

The services to be provided essentially include: the repair of water-bound path surfaces on already existing path structures, the construction of gravel grass areas in places where concrete slabs have previously been removed, the execution of natural stone paving works in partial areas, the planting and final care of trees and shrubs, the planting and final care of perennials, the placement of topsoil in different locations on the site, and the creation of lawn areas from landscape and utility grass. The services are based on numerous separate, non-contiguous areas throughout the entire former racecourse area, so that the site establishment must be moved multiple times to different installation locations and close coordination with the preceding trades is required. The approximately 38-hectare site has been designated as a landscape conservation area; the aim is to create a Bürgerpark to be intensively and diversely used in the future, taking into account and integrating the existing vegetation and built structures.
