TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a framework agreement in accordance with § 4a EU VOB/A. This means that the conditions for individual contracts within the term of the framework agreement are to be specified. This concerns in particular the prices envisaged. The framework agreement will be concluded with one company. The envisaged contract volume has been determined as precisely as possible, but will not be finally fixed. There is no entitlement to complete performance in accordance with the bill of quantities. The scope of services may increase significantly for individual items, but may also be omitted entirely. It is planned, within the base term (09.11.2026 – 31.12.2027), to carry out up to five individual measures in the form of spatially delimited, contiguous sections of route. For calculation purposes, at least 3 individual contracts can be assumed.
