TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a framework agreement in accordance with § 4a EU VOB/A. This means that the conditions for individual contracts within the term of the framework agreement are to be defined. This particularly concerns the envisaged prices. The framework agreement is concluded with one company. The envisaged contract volume has been determined as accurately as possible, but it is not finally set. There is no entitlement to complete performance as per the bill of quantities (Leistungsverzeichnis). The scope of performance may increase significantly for individual items, but it may also be entirely omitted. During the base term (09.11.2026 – 31.12.2027), up to five individual measures are intended to be carried out in the form of spatially delimited, contiguous sections of road. For calculation purposes, at least 3 individual contracts can be assumed.
