TENDER DESCRIPTION
On the open site in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe Gymnasium Boizenburg, a new two-court sports hall is to be constructed. This hall is intended to be usable both by the students of the grammar school (gymnasium) and by the nearby special needs school with the focus area of intellectual development. Appropriate sanitary facilities and changing rooms are to be planned. As part of service phase 1, a comparison of variants is also to be prepared in order to determine the best construction method taking into account the aspects of resilience, cost-effectiveness, durability, and energy efficiency.
