TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the open land in the immediate vicinity of Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg, a new two-court sports hall is to be built. This is intended to be usable both for the students of the grammar school and for the neighbouring special needs school with the focus on intellectual development. Relevant sanitary rooms and changing rooms are also to be planned. As part of performance phase 1, a variant comparison is also to be prepared in order to determine the best construction method also taking into account the criteria of resilience, cost-effectiveness, durability and energy efficiency.
