TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the open site in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg, a new two-court sports hall is to be built. It is intended to be usable both for the students of the gymnasium and for the neighboring special-needs school with the focus on intellectual development. Appropriate sanitary rooms and changing rooms are to be planned. As part of service phase 1, a variant comparison is also to be prepared in order to determine the best construction method also with regard to the criteria of resilience, cost-effectiveness, longevity and energy efficiency.
