TENDER DESCRIPTION
On the open site in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg, a new two-court sports hall is to be constructed. It is to be usable both for the students of the Gymnasium and for the neighboring special needs school with the focus on intellectual development. Corresponding sanitary facilities and changing rooms must be planned. As part of service phase 1, a comparison of variants is also to be prepared in order to determine the best construction method also taking into account the aspects of resilience, cost-effectiveness, durability and energy efficiency.
