TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the undeveloped site in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg, a new two-court sports hall is to be constructed. This is intended to be usable both for the students of the grammar school and for the nearby special needs school with the focus on intellectual development. Appropriate sanitary facilities and changing rooms must be planned. As part of service phase 1, a comparison of variants is also to be prepared in order to determine the best construction method also considering resilience, cost-effectiveness, durability and energy efficiency.
