TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure involves the renovation of a two-storey school building with a pitched roof and plaster façade, built extensively in the 1950s. The Fritz-Reuter school centre is located in Dömitz directly on federal road B195. The campus includes a primary and secondary school as well as the grammar school. The work is carried out exclusively in the secondary school section. The surrounding parts of the school buildings will continue to operate during the construction measure period. This construction project is a funded measure. The measures are part of the 2nd construction phase in the existing facility (GFA approx. 2,100 m2) of House 3. The existing room layout is partially changed by demolition and the construction of individual walls. These interventions result in adjacent work in areas of floors, walls and ceilings. In addition, the windows are renovated. The building services/technical installations are also renewed and the installation of a lift is planned for barrier-free access to the existing facility.
