TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction project involves the renovation of a two-storey school building with a gable roof and rendered façade that was built extensively in the 1950s. The Fritz-Reuter School Centre is located in Dömitz directly adjacent to the federal highway B195. The campus includes an elementary and secondary school as well as the grammar school. The work will be carried out exclusively in the secondary school part. The surrounding building parts of the school will continue to be operated throughout the construction measure. This construction project is a funded measure. The measures are part of the 2nd construction phase on the existing premises (usable building floor area (BGF) approx. 2,100 m²) of Building 3. The existing room layout will be changed in parts by demolition and by constructing individual walls. These interventions result in adjacent work in floor, wall and ceiling areas. In addition, the windows will be renovated. The building services will also be renewed and the installation of a lift is planned to provide barrier-free access to the existing facility.
