TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction measure involves the renovation of a two-storey school building with a gable roof and plaster façade, built extensively in the 1950s. The Fritz-Reuter school centre is located in Dömitz directly on Federal Highway B195. The campus includes a primary and secondary school as well as the grammar school. The work will be carried out exclusively in the secondary school section. The adjacent building parts of the school will continue to be operated throughout the construction measure period. This construction project is a funded measure. The measures form part of the 2nd construction phase in the existing building stock (gross floor area approx. 2,100 m²) of House 3. The existing room structure will be partially changed through demolition and the construction of individual walls. These interventions result in adjacent work in floor, wall and ceiling areas. The building services (building technology) will also be renewed, and the installation of a lift is planned for barrier-free access to the existing building.
