TENDER DESCRIPTION

For the above-mentioned construction project, the Ludwigslust-Parchim District will carry out the interior plastering works for building parts 3 & 4 starting from December 2026. - approx. 4,600 m2 lime-cement plaster on masonry walls - approx. 800 m2 lime-cement plaster on concrete walls The construction schedule is currently being revised and will be handed over with the contract award. According to the current status, the following dates can be assumed: Building Part 3: 40 days (5-day week) starting on 07.12.2026 Building Part 4: 10 days (5-day week) starting on 21.01.2027 The construction timetable will be regularly adjusted according to the construction progress. If the start of your trade deviates from the planned date, we will inform you of this in good time, at least 4 weeks before the start of your trade.
