TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the open site in the immediate vicinity of the Elbe-Gymnasium Boizenburg, a new two-court sports hall is to be built. This is to be usable both for the students of the Gymnasium and for the neighboring special-needs school with the focus on intellectual development. Appropriate sanitary facilities and changing rooms are to be planned as well. As part of performance phase 1, a variant comparison is also to be prepared in order to determine the best construction method also taking into account the criteria of resilience, cost-effectiveness, durability and energy efficiency.
