TENDER DESCRIPTION

The service subject to award includes the collection, franking as well as nationwide and international transportation and delivery of postal shipments of all kinds of the contracting authority (physical mail dispatch) up to an individual weight of 2,000 grams, as well as the collection of incoming mail at the mail center (contracting authority's mailbox) and its delivery to the contracting authority's mailroom. The transportation of postal shipments in standard format (so-called standard letter shipments) constitutes the main subject of the postal services to be provided. Postal delivery orders are not subject to this procedure. There is no lot-based tender. The vast majority of the physical mail (over 90 percent) goes to recipients in Baden-Württemberg.
