TENDER DESCRIPTION
The service covered by the invitation to tender includes the collection, franking, as well as the nationwide and international transport and delivery of postal items of all kinds of the contracting authority (Physical mail dispatch) up to an individual item weight of 2,000 grams. The conveyance of postal items in standard format (so-called standard letter shipments) forms the main subject of the postal services to be provided. The services covered by the invitation to tender are awarded in two lots: - Lot 1: Physical mail dispatch Collection of physical outgoing mail (physical outgoing mail), franking, transport and physical delivery of postal items up to 2000 grams (ordinary letter mail, domestic and international, registered mail). - Lot 2: Physical delivery assignment Physical collection, franking, transport and delivery of letters with proof of delivery (PZU) The predominant part of the physical mail is sent to recipients in the postal code range 74XXX. The details of the services to be provided are set out in the service specifications (Annexes 2a to 2b to this guideline) and in the draft contracts (Annexes 3a to 3b to this guideline).
