TENDER DESCRIPTION
The service covered by this contract includes the collection, postage payment, and nationwide and international transport and delivery of all types of the contracting authority’s postal items (physical mail dispatch) up to an individual weight of 2,000 grams. The carriage of postal items in standard format (so-called standard letter items) forms the main subject of the postal services to be provided. The services covered by this contract are awarded in two lots: - Lot 1: Physical mail dispatch collection (physical outgoing mail), postage payment, transport, and physical delivery of postal items up to 2,000 grams (ordinary letter items, domestic and international, registered items). - Lot 2: Physical postal delivery order Physical collection, postage payment, transport, and delivery of letters with delivery proof (PZU) The predominant part of the physical mail goes to recipients in the postal code range 74XXX.
