Lot 1 is divided as follows: • Stage 1: Remediation of hazardous substances and demolition of the bridge building • Stage 2: Clearance and remediation of hazardous substances of components 1 and 3 of the former SEZ • Stage 3: Demolition of components 1 and 3 of the former SEZ, with the exception of the basement areas to be handled separately • Stage 4: Demolition of the basement area(s) to be handled separately of components 1 and 3 of the former SEZ, including the required construction measures to support/secure the work
