The following services are to be provided for the three sub-areas: - Demolition work on existing outdoor facilities - Earthworks, including improvement of the subgrade with hydraulic binders - Supply and disposal systems (wastewater disposal, drinking water supply, lighting) - approx. 120 m granite block steps - approx. 100 m seat wall made of Jurakalkstone blocks - approx. 800 m2 asphalt base layer with single-layer OB - approx. 350 m2 small-stone paving made of granite - approx. 10 items of equipment elements such as benches, sun loungers and swings - approx. 64 trees, approx. 80 items of (large) shrubs and approx. 540 m2 areas of perennial planting to be planted, as well as to produce 175 m2 of lawn and 5,650 m2 of meadow areas with completion and development maintenance up to October 2028.
