TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction site is located on Theresienhöhe street. Access to the construction site is also via this street. The property includes a former football ash pitch and a former refugee accommodation, of which only the gravelled parking areas remain. For the creation of a BE area and its access roads, corresponding items are tendered. These areas will remain on site after the completion of the works and will not be dismantled. The city of Hürth is seeking a powerful bidding consortium consisting of garden landscaping and concrete construction specialists capable of completing the project within the specified timeframe. Special attention is paid to the construction of the sports facilities.
