The property contains a former football ash pitch and a former refugee accommodation, of which only the gravelled parking areas remain. Positions for the creation of a BE area and its access roads are tendered. These surfaces will remain on site after completion of the works and will not be dismantled. The city of Hürth is looking for a powerful bidding consortium from gardening-landscaping and concrete construction, capable of implementing the project within the specified time frame. Special attention is given to the construction of the sports facilities.
