- Demolition works including dismantling of brick walls - Earthworks - Construction of paving areas for parking spaces and paths in unbound construction as well as water-bound path surfacing in public areas with arboricultural support specialist on-site supervision - Construction of edging from concrete curbstones or bonded rows of pavers - Construction of an electric sliding gate, fencing systems, hinged door - Construction of retaining walls in corner block wall construction and concrete steps, as well as wall refurbishment - Construction of a rainwater cleaning, storage and infiltration system as well as a garden water tap point, manholes, drainage channels, RW (wastewater/rainwater) pipes including pipe trenches - Electrical connection of the sliding gate and cistern system - Construction of fence systems - Construction of bicycle parking racks, letterbox systems, benches and waste bins - Construction of play equipment and edging for sandbox areas - Construction of lawn areas and preparation of planting areas - Construction of four tree replacement plantings - Outdoor facilities maintenance (completion maintenance for trees and lawn areas)
