TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Hamburg-Mitte District Office is developing the former Youth Europe House as a key project of the RISE urban development Billstedt/Horn into the new “House in Blohms Park” with services for health care, a small park café, and offerings for young people in need of support. The western part of the building will also house the “House for Birth and Health.” The existing building will be upgraded through partial demolition, conversion, and partial new construction and brought to a modern structural condition. Landscaping work in the outdoor area will start in October 2027 and partial demolition of the existing building begins in February 2027. Completion of the new “House in Blohms Park” is planned for the second half of 2028.
