TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Hamburg-Mitte District Office is developing the former Youth Europe House as a new “House in Blohms Park” with health care offers, a small park café, and services for young people in need of support as a key project of the RISE area development Billstedt/Horn. The western part of the building will also house the “House for Birth and Health.” The existing building will be upgraded through partial demolition, conversion, and partial new construction and brought to a contemporary structural condition. Landscaping works outdoors will begin in October 2027, and partial demolition of the existing building will start in February 2027. The completion of the new “House in Blohms Park” is planned for the second half of 2028.
