TENDER DESCRIPTION

The Melli-Beese School in the Berlin district of Treptow-Köpenick is to be fundamentally renovated, extended and modernised. Due to increasing numbers of students, an extension of the school building and renovation of the existing building are necessary. As part of the building works, the outdoor areas are also to be adapted to the new number of students and renovated. In the first construction phase of the outdoor facilities, the gymnasium roof, a sunken garden and a drainage structure were constructed and/or renovated. This tender covers the second construction phase of the outdoor facilities as well as electrical works, including the lighting of the schoolyard area, the rerouting of the district heating line and the construction of a cellular void raft (filler-body rigole) including all associated ancillary works.
