TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns property valuation services for real estate and shareholder apartments owned by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) or through its funds, as well as consulting services related to these assignments in the Western appraisal area. The property valuation targets may include shareholder apartments, buildings, real estate, plots, and building rights. As a rule, the task of property valuation is to determine market value or market rent based on concluded transaction prices (market approach) or income (income approach). In some cases, determining the technical current value (cost approach) may also be applicable.
