TENDER DESCRIPTION

The procurement concerns property valuation services for real estate and shareholder apartments owned by the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela) or through its funds, as well as consulting services related to assignments in the Western appraisal area. The subjects of property valuation may include shareholder apartments, buildings, real estate, plots, and building rights. As a general rule, the task of property valuation is to determine the market value or market rent based on realized transaction prices (market approach) or yields (income approach). In some cases, the determination of the technical current value (cost approach) may also be applicable.
