TENDER DESCRIPTION

The wellbeing services county of Lapland purchases in-home meal delivery services for implementation in the Tornio area. The transport service includes the delivery of in-home meals in the Tornio area to separately designated delivery points on weekdays for customers who live at home and fall within the scope of the in-home meal service. In-home meals are transported three times per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) once per day, as per the customers who are currently within the scope of the in-home meal service. For clarity, it is stated that there are a total of four directions/routes for transporting in-home meals in accordance with the pickup schedules: 1) The Arpela direction/route, 2) The Karunki direction/route, 3) The Kaakamo direction/route, and 4) The Tornio urban centre area. One service provider is selected for the transport service. Instructions for submitting the prices for the services (transport) are stated in more detail in the “Criteria for the subject of the procurement” section of the tender document.
