TENDER DESCRIPTION

Building contract as the main contract, including earthworks and lining and coating works related to the PAX tank, the emergency storage tank room, and the PAX pump room. The building contract includes all construction-related technical works in accordance with the tender request documents, with all materials, fully completed. The building contractor acts as the main contractor and the lead contractor referred to in the legislation. The main contractor is responsible for the site services required for the construction project and the main contractor’s obligations regarding site management.
