TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lidingö Municipality, the City Management Office, has been tasked with procuring an agreement concerning a learning platform for Lidingö Municipality. The vision for Lidingö Municipality with the agreement is an integrated, user-friendly and future-proof learning platform that supports the municipality’s educational activities within pre-school, after-school care, compulsory school, compulsory special school, upper secondary school and upper secondary special school. The platform shall contribute to improved quality in teaching and learning, effective communication between school, students and guardians, and reduced administrative burden for the activities. The City is seeking a solution that provides integrated support for planning, documentation, assessment, follow-up, communication and attendance and absence management, and that is characterized by high user-friendliness, automated workflows and strong support for the activities’ systematic quality work. The agreement term is four years, with the City’s right to extend the agreement one or more times under unchanged terms for up to a maximum of 48 months.
