The contract timeline is as follows:

• Contract start date: January 1, 2027. If the agreement cannot be signed or come into force on this date, the contract period will commence on the date of signing, with the total duration remaining the same.
• Contract end date: December 31, 2028.
• Total duration: The initial contract period is for two years.
• Extension options: The municipality has the option to extend the contract for an additional 12 months, followed by another 12 months. Any extension must be communicated in writing by the municipality before the current contract period expires. If not, the agreement will automatically terminate.
• Key milestones/phases:
• Startup Meeting: The municipality and the contractor are required to hold a startup meeting for contract coordination as soon as the agreement has been signed.
• Coordination Meetings: These meetings will be held as needed until the contract begins, and at least once a year throughout the contract period.
• Annual Work Plan: Before each season, the municipality and the contractor must jointly develop a work plan for the year's activities.
• Follow-up Meetings: During the contract period, follow-up meetings will be held as needed, but at least once a year.

The core scope of work for this tender is the provision of truck transport services, which specifically entails the rental of trucks with drivers. These services will primarily be utilized for planned maintenance, new constructions and renovations of electricity and water/sewer networks, maintenance of roads and parks, and urgent measures such as water leaks. Other truck transport assignments for the client may also be required.
