TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is a 24/7 family care service arranged on the basis of a children’s protection contract. “Family care” refers to arranging the care, upbringing and other 24/7 care and support of a child or young person in a foster family in accordance with the Family Care Act (263/2015). The service provides the child with a safe and home-like environment for growing up in situations where living at home is not possible. The contract period is two (2) years. It may be extended with two (2) option periods, each one (1) year in length. The service is described in more detail in Appendix 1. Service description.
