TENDER DESCRIPTION
The subject of the procurement is 24/7 contract-based family care services for child welfare. “Family care” means arranging the care, upbringing and other 24/7 care of a child or young person in a foster family in accordance with the Family Care Act (263/2015). The service provides the child with a safe and homelike growing environment in situations where living at home is not possible. The contract period is two (2) years. It may be extended by two (2) option periods of one (1) year each. The service is described in greater detail in Appendix 1. Service description.
