TENDER DESCRIPTION

The City of Kemi Environmental Services’ processes for general areas request your tender for the maintenance of ski tracks and snowmobile routes with a snow grooming machine. The objective is to procure the machine after a positive procurement decision by the contracting authorities, i.e. at the beginning of 2027. Before making the procurement decision, the contracting authority checks the machine offered. The procurement decision is made based on the scoring of the device. The price of the device must be presented as a price excluding value added tax. The tender must take into account a possible trade-in machine; details are attached. The procurement decision is made by the contracting unit. The contracting unit reserves the right to reject all tenders for a justified reason. The contracting unit is not responsible for costs incurred from submitting the tender. The snow grooming machine shall be delivered, after the contract is concluded, for use by the City of Kemi to address Kalkkinokantie 1-3, 94720 Kemi.
