TENDER DESCRIPTION

The processes of the City of Kemi’s environmental services for general areas request your offer for a snow grooming machine for the maintenance of ski trails and snowmobile routes. The machine is intended to be purchased after a positive procurement decision by the relevant bodies, i.e. at the beginning of 2027. The contracting authority will check the machine being offered before making the procurement decision. The procurement decision will be made based on the scoring of the device. The price of the device must be stated as a price excluding value added tax. In the offer, any trade-in machine must be taken into account, with information provided as an attachment. The procurement decision is made by the contracting unit. The contracting unit reserves the right to reject all tenders for a justified reason. The contracting unit is not responsible for the costs incurred from preparing the offer. The snow grooming machine must be delivered, after the contract has been concluded, for use by the City of Kemi to the address Kalkkinokantie 1–3, 94720 Kemi.
