TENDER DESCRIPTION

Services are planned to prepare the property Lausicker Straße 1 (Bahnhofsquartier) in accordance with the specifications in the tender documents. The property is to be prepared for the planned further development of the project ÖPNV transfer point and for measures under the urban development funding programme (Bahnhofsquartier). In particular, the following works required to prepare the building site are to be carried out: - Site set-up, including traffic safety measures at entry and exit (construction site access) - Dismantling of buildings / Controlled dismantling separate by material in accordance with the accepted rules of technology - Dismantling of existing utility lines (service and disposal) down to 1 m below GOK - Dismantling of paved areas made of concrete and asphalt - Processing of mineral waste - Fractionation of stockpiled heaps / Proper separation and storage of demolition materials - Proper disposal, including transport.
