For the analytical measurement of cleaned and, in part, concentrated sample extracts, a measuring station for liquid chromatography time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-Q-TOF-MS) is to be set up. The system must include the following functional units: - high-performance liquid chromatograph (HPLC) - quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometer (Q-TOF-MS) - measuring and evaluation computer including all software and an extensive pesticide database - all required peripheral units. The requirements for the supplying company include the complete LC-Q-TOF-MS system, any peripheral units that may be required, IT unit, software, and the further criteria stated in the specifications of performance.
