TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the tender is LDAR measurement services for the detection, quantification, documentation and reporting of methane emissions in the pipeline network as well as at selected stations of Gasunie Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2024/1787 on the reduction of methane emissions in the energy sector. The services include in particular the performance of source-level measurements on gas-charged components in compressor stations as well as measurement and control stations, the quantification of detected methane emissions, the marking and documentation of identified leaks, as well as the preparation of verifiable reports. The measurements are carried out in particular according to LDAR Type 2, taking into account relevant technical regulations and standards, including EN 15446, EPA Method 21, EPA Protocol for Equipment Leak Emission Estimates, as well as relevant DVGW regulations. Furthermore, site-specific measurements for plausibility checks and for balancing source and site emissions as well as further demand-based special measurements can be requested.
