TENDER DESCRIPTION

The draft framework agreement concerns the operational maintenance of the buildings of the Special Forces of the Air and Space Force and the Army; namely 5 boats of types KOURNIG, SEA MASTER RENKEN, CORRECT CRAFT and SAROS-8 for the Air Force and 8 carriers of types EFC, STYX, SILLINGER and VNI with their 8 trailers for the Army. All the vessels are based in mainland France except for the SAROS-8 boat which is based in Djibouti. The main services to be provided are as follows: - for the Air Force boats (including SAROS-8 in Djibouti), a "Standard" category maintenance is requested; that is, the supply and delivery of parts kits to allow user-level maintenance; - for the Army carriers, a "Heritage" category maintenance is requested; that is, the performance of preventive maintenance (technical stoppage); - for the Army trailers, technical inspections and/or annual visits are required; - performance of flat-rate corrective maintenance (expertise and work) for the ships based in mainland France of the Air Force and the Army as well as the trailers; There will be a minimum of approximately 24 technical stoppages and a maximum of approximately 40 technical stoppages.
