TENDER DESCRIPTION

As the contracting authority, the SECD launches this Contract in order to select an economic operator that will deploy, within the adidas arena, a cash register and payment system consistent with the need expressed in the tender documents, the implementation and execution arrangements of which are set out in this Contract. Bidders are informed that the tasks described in this Contract are divided into three categories: (i) functional, (ii) technical, and (iii) operational. Among the task elements listed under each of the categories specified, some are not mandatory and are considered options.
