TENDER DESCRIPTION

On the property at Heikendorfer Weg 83-87, 24149 Kiel with a size of 831 m², F&E GmbH - Center for Research and Development in Kiel intends to erect a research and laboratory building for performance module research in the field of power electronics. The main user of the building will be the Research Group on Setup and Interconnection Technology of the Institute for Mechatronics under the direction of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Aylin Bicakci at the Kiel University of Applied Sciences (HAW Kiel). The building will be constructed as a grant-funded building and will be financed 100% from state funds and funding grants from the European funding programme EFRE. The funding programme runs until 31.12.2029. By then, the building must have been completed in full, handed over and settled. The contract is to be awarded to a total contractor / total contractor (Totalunternehmer / Totalübernehmer) as part of a Europe-wide procurement procedure in the form of a negotiated procedure with a competition for participation in accordance with VOB/A Section 2.
