TENDER DESCRIPTION
On the plot at Heikendorfer Weg 83-87, 24149 Kiel, with a size of 831 m², F&E GmbH - Centre for Research and Development in Kiel intends to build a research and laboratory building for performance module research in the field of power electronics. The main users of the building will be the research group on structure and connection technology of the Institute for Mechatronics, under the direction of Prof. Dr.-Ing. Aylin Bicakci, at the Kiel University of Applied Sciences (HAW Kiel). The building will be constructed as a grant-funded building and financed 100% by state funds and funding grants from the European funding programme EFRE. The funding programme runs until 31.12.2029. By then, the building must be fully completed, handed over and settled. The contract is to be awarded to a general contractor / total contractor as part of a Europe-wide procurement procedure in the form of a negotiated procedure with a competition for participation in accordance with VOB/A Section 2.
