TENDER DESCRIPTION

Hamburg Tourismus GmbH (HHT) intends to enter into a framework agreement with a Lead Agency for Social Media. What is sought is a partner that is strategically advisory, strong in terms of concept and, at the same time, highly capable in operational delivery, who, together with HHT, will further develop the social media activities in the long term, plan proactively and implement defined services as required based on demand. The overarching brand is the brand Hamburg. The Brand Book Hamburg forms the binding strategic and design basis. Within this brand framework, "Elbphoria" is the HHT’s long-term guiding idea for tourist communication. Elbphoria in this context means the unique feeling of Hamburg that people experience when they experience Hamburg. This guiding idea thus defines the substantive and creative framework for HHT’s communication. The Lead Agency is to translate this guiding idea together with HHT in a social-native way and, based on it, develop a consistent platform, channel, content and activation logic for social media.
