TENDER DESCRIPTION

This concerns a joint European tender by Veiligheidsregio Zaanstreek-Waterland and GGD Zaanstreek-Waterland for offering and implementing a lease bicycle scheme for employees. The assignment includes, among other things, the delivery and leasing of bicycles, a digital ordering and management portal, administration, service, maintenance and support during the lease period. The maximum combined value of the framework agreements is € 2,200,000 excluding VAT during the maximum term of six years. No minimum take-up, minimum turnover or take-up obligations can be derived from this maximum value. New individual lease agreements may no longer be entered into once exceeding this maximum value would arise.
