TENDER DESCRIPTION

1.0. OBJECTIVES FROM THE TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT/OPERATIONAL CONDITIONS: The TIO111 business unit plans a replacement procurement (leasing) of a battery-electric service vehicle to replace the currently leased vehicle H-HV 108E. The existing leasing agreement ends in July 2027. An E-Transporter/box van is to be procured with three seats in the driver’s cab (1+2), a fixed partition/protection wall to the cargo area, and special installations for the safe transport of IT equipment and hardware. Function/operational purpose: Service and field service vehicle for delivery, transport and fault clearance/troubleshooting of IT equipment and hardware of ÜSTRA as well as for operational trips of the TIO111 business unit. Operational characteristics: Vehicle use: Regular service, predominantly short-distance and in-house trips within the city of Hannover and the region Mileage/year: up to 10,000 km (basis for calculation) Operational profile: Transport of PC hardware, monitors, spare parts and other IT equipment Charging infrastructure: At the regular parking location, an AC charging point with 22 kW is available.
