TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is: Non-consumer operating lease for 1 (one) brand-new specialist vehicle for the collection of waste, powered by CNG, with a GVM of 26 tonnes. The subject matter of the contract is classified according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV Classification) under code 66114000-2 (Leasing services). 2. The subject matter of the contract does not include insurance of the leased vehicle. The Contracting Authority will insure the leased vehicle itself. The insurance policy will be issued to the Contractor as the vehicle owner. Therefore, contractors do not need to include the cost of insurance of the leased vehicle in their bids. The Contracting Authority declares its own contribution of up to 10% of the purchase value. The Contracting Authority allows the own contribution to be made after the leasing agreement is signed, and before the Contracting Authority’s acceptance/inspection protocol for the leased item.
