TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject matter of the contract in Part I is: Non-consumer operational leasing of a factory-new delivery vehicle up to 3.5 tonnes GVW with multi-seat cab (DOKA) and tipper body. The subject matter of the contract is classified according to the Common Procurement Vocabulary (CPV Classification) under code 66114000-2 (Leasing services). The subject matter of the contract does not include insurance of the leased DOKA delivery vehicles. The Contracting Authority will insure the leased vehicles independently. The insurance policy will be issued to the Contractor as the owner of the vehicles. Therefore, Contractors do not have to include the cost of insurance of the leased vehicles in their bids. Contribution. The Contracting Authority declares its own contribution of up to 10% of the purchase value. The Contracting Authority allows payment of the own contribution after the leasing agreement is signed, before the Contracting Authority’s protocol-based acceptance/handover of the leased subject matter.
