A detailed description of the subject of the contract, the scope and conditions for implementation have been specified in the Terms of Reference (Specyfikacja Warunków Zamówienia, SWZ), in particular in Appendix No 1 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Contract) and in Appendix No 3 - Draft contractual provisions.
