TENDER DESCRIPTION

Operating lease with an option to purchase a specialist vehicle of the refuse truck type 1. The subject of the contract is an operating lease with an option to purchase a specialist vehicle of the refuse truck type. 2. Lease terms: lease term: 1) 36 months from the date of handing over the vehicle to the Contracting Authority for use, 2) initial fee: 10% of the value of the subject matter of the contract upon conclusion of the Agreement, within 14 days from the date of delivery to the Contracting Authority of a correctly issued invoice by the Contractor, 3) lease instalments: 35 (thirty-five) equal, unchanged lease instalments with a fixed, unchanging interest rate during the term of the agreement, payable once a month based on the repayment schedule attached to the agreement, 4) purchase option: 1 (one) % of the initial vehicle value, provided that all amounts due arising from the lease agreement are paid. 3. Other terms and conditions for performance of the contract have been specified in the Draft provisions of the contract for a public contract, constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ (specification of the contract terms).
